The Beans in Seattle
Sep 13 '03
The Bottom Line 6th grade poem.
I wrote this one in 6th Grade, I still remember it. We had to write a poem and during this there was a major earthquake in seattle. My teachers roared in laughter.
There once was a man from seattle
He was in a quake and lost his cattle
He ate very big beans
and Wore very tight jeans
BAM! Went his pants in a rattle.
This man was gone
to his grave
where he gave one final sign of life
This is sad, that the sign was not from his mouth nor form his nose
but the last thing that killed him, gave one last roar.
