Pella Impervia Double-Hung Windows (Reply to this comment)

I agree completely with dglowny about the Pella Impervia double-hung windows. I am going through my first winter with these windows and the performance of these windows in cold Wisconsin winter weather is extremely poor to say the least. Ice forms on the glass and frame when temperatures dip to single digits and you can really notice the poor quality when temperatures are below zero with any kind of wind. They are totally disappointing. Don't buy them.
