Thank you also for your review of Pella windows. I didn't realize the Pella Company was such a bad company to do business with. I was not only looking into a patio door, and front storm door, but thinking of getting prices on their casement windows also, but after reading some of these reports about Pella and their shoddy products and their terrible customer satisfaction, and lawsuits, I will certainly never do business with them. We all work too hard for our money to support business people like that. Thank you for sharing your review. I have a magazine that lists Christian businesses and I think I will stick with that list. I agree completely with dglowny about the Pella Impervia double-hung windows. I am going through my first winter with these windows and the performance of these windows in cold Wisconsin winter weather is extremely poor to say the least. Ice forms on the glass and frame when temperatures dip to single digits and you can really notice the poor quality when temperatures are below zero with any kind of wind. They are totally disappointing. Don't buy them.
