fraud: buyer beware

This was my single worst online shopping experience ever. For perspective, consider that I purchase an average of a few books a month, and have done for 7 or 8 years, all online, and superbookdeals is the worst.
Here is my experience:
Jan 14th, 8PM (Sunday): I place an order for a book they say is in stock, via amazon.
Jan 14th: 10PM (Sunday): I send them a notice asking them to cancel the purchase if not already shipped.
Jan 17th: 10AM (Wednesday): they reply to the email saying they're sorry and can't cancel it because it already shipped.
Mar 23rd: I had forgotten about the order, and realize it never arrived. I contact them, they respond saying they're sorry it wasn't delivered, but no explanation as to why not. They say they'll send a replacement, and it will arrive in 1 to 2 weeks.
Apr 19th: almost 4 weeks later, no delivery, no email or notification about anything. I contact them again, saying that I'm suspecting fraud and am going to report them to amazon.
They reply immediately, again with no explanation about anything, but they've refunded the purchase price.
I send one last angry email asking for an explanation of this absurd exchange, and they respond with an incoherent form letter that says in part:
"All our efforts to locate a replacement copy for you have failed. Therefore, a full refund of your purchase has been initiated. I am confident the book will arrive very soon."
Yes, they state that they can't find a replacement copy and will refund, and then in the very next sentence state that they're confident the book will arrive very soon.
Searching around online and in epinions reveals that these people are crooks and dishonest. They must fill enough orders honestly that they get some good reviews, but it's not difficult to find tons of other people who experienced the same BS that I did.
Needless to say, I will never do business with these scoundrels again.
