As an uninformed consumer, I was quickly brought up to speed with the information provided on their website. The plain and upfront truth given is refreshing and sheds light on the product and people behind it. I corresponded directly with the President (Todd) and the response was always direct and to the point. After initiating the transaction, there could have been more status updates. Nonetheless, I still received the diamond safe and sound. Nice Ice also provides the tools necessary to view your new purchase. The loupe makes examination so much easier. I would highly recommend Nice Ice to anyone interested in just knowing a bit more about purchasing diamonds and highly, highly, highly recommend if you're purchasing from Nice Ice.
