We bought this computer around last Christmas sometime. During this time we had so many problems with the computer its not funny. Its not even small problems like software glitches its problems where we have to take the whole computer apart half the time.

The first problem we had was with the modem. Now you wouldn't think it is going to be hard to put a new modem in well let me tell you how much of a pain this is. In most computers the modem has its own slot to go in but with this computer the modem is attached to the motherboard. So we had to replace our whole motherboard. That isn't a fun job let me tell you. Then the second problem came shortly after we put everything back together. When we tried to reboot the system and use all the system back up cds the CD ROM would't work.

We had to wait for a new CD ROM to get sent to the house put that in and then reboot everything. After this was done it was such a relief to finally get everything done! Well we thought wrong.

Right after we got done working on it and putting all the parts in I had a huge report due the next day so I was using microsoft word to type it. Now keep in mind this is a 9 page report and I was on the FIFTH PAGE and my hard drive crashed! After everything we just did to the computer now the hard drive crashes. You can just imagine how angry we were.

After we put the new hard drive in we haven't had any major problems just little glitches here and there. Still there is more than any other computer I had but atleast I'm not taking it apart anymore.
