Just because we arrived 2 am in the morning, no one was available to help us with luggages.
Next morning, even though we hung the "Do not disturb" sign, house keeping was knocking on our door at 9:30 am asking if we need our rooms cleaned. Next morning, same thing happened.
We noticed that we can hear the conversation outside the door pretty loudly, also, out side the building as well.
The bathroom was not cleaned properly, chrome parts were all water-stained and black between the tiles.
Just because this hotel was 3star rated in some travel sites, does not mean they live up to it.
The day of the check out, we reserved for a shuttle to the airport, did not arrive on time, and found out that they were not coming. Hotel desk arranged one right away, but if they can do that, why do they post the sign "reservation required".
