Save yourself frustration, time, and above all money and do NOT buy any Bosch product! I bought what I thought was the best of the best in Sept. 06 when I purchased my Bosch washer and dryer units. It turned out to be the worst decision I ever made and I am stuck with an unreliable unit. The dryer quit in Feb. 07 and still to date has not been fixed. In spite of repeated calls and complaints to Bosch, I am still making weekly trips to the laundry mat, while still making payments on my dryer! Bosch does not care, do not stand behind their products, give you the run around, while at the same time charge you top dollar for their products! There are limited service providers (one in the K.C. area)who are "allowed" to work on them, which is another detail that was not explained at the time of purchase. When working, the dryer was less than adequate for what I paid. Clothes came out wrinkled and it was definitely not the "quiet" machine I was promised. This is a company you want to stay away from...I wish I would have but it is too late!
