The Bottom Line: I wouldn't recommend them to anybody. I switched to Verizon.

Incredibly long wait times (30 mins), staff can't answer questions, no supervisor is available, when you ask for a supervisor you're simply dumped back into the wait queue. Twice they "lost" my payment when I already had the cleared check back. I had to file with BBB before they would properly credit my account for all the late fees. Their other trick is to get a credit your account one penny less than the amount you actually paid. That one cent is enough to trigger late fees and a demand for immediate payment. In general, I greatly resent being assumed to be irresponsible when they screw up. I had to send in my cleared check to prove I'd paid... that sort of thing. Finally, I tried to close my account with them and they "lost" record that I closed it, billed for another month, and are now calling every day demanding payment. They are truly the worst. BEWARE!
