They are unbelievably slow to fulfill and ship orders. My order did not ship until 9 days after it was received by Smartbomb online. I order many things online (often as much as 2-3 times per week). This is by far the worst consistent delay I have ever experienced. Prices are good, otherwise I would go elsewhere.
