I ordered a Britax Regent car seat for my son and a Radian80 car seat for my daughter.
Customer service - I called to ask a few questions before I placed and online order. The customer service is excellent; friendly and helpful.
Order processing - I ordered online on a Saturday. My order processed that day and my Radian car seat shipped on Monday.
Delivery speed - My Radian car seat arrived in just a few days. I was pleasantly surprised.
Backorder - I knew the Britax was on backorder for about a month. A few weeks after I placed my order I was notified via email that the Britax would be back ordered 3 more months. I confirmed this with the manufacturer. I decided to cancel the order for the Britax since my son was already too big for his seat. I called Elite Car Seats and asked to cancel my backorder. It took 30 seconds to cancel my order and it was done. No hassle at all.
I would definitely purchase from them again. My experience was so good I will now be a loyal customer. I will look to Elite Car Seats first before going elsewhere.
