I have purchased on newegg 3 seperate time s
the website is great and the compare feature help greatly in find the right product and have link to manufactures websites if you want to research further
The shipping and customer service is great
The one time i had a problem is a ordered part (system 1 of 2 power supply fans stopped) their customer service rep was friendly and helpful i got a replacement and they even cover the return shipping
All around i would say they have a great website i have shopped around when looking for a computer part and every time newegg was the lowest price
