GREAT SERVICE !
bought a Cingular phone and service and been happy thereafter. price and descriptions were very accurate. the person i spoke to was very well mannered and clarified all my questions. the reception is great and plan features are working fine. website is easy to navigate with a variety of directories and reviews as well as service provider infos. there are also ways to zooom into the product, spin the phone to see dimensions and egonomics.
the delivery process included many emails so that was notified at all times. tracking numbers provided all product travel stages and allow you to make sure you are around to receive the package (instead of it getting stolen on your porch ....). the purchsed product was packaged well and nothing was missing in terms of accessories, manuals etc. product was spanking new.
i think these guys have been around for over 7 years or the beginning of the web anyway so they seem to have all the processes well tested. they proved to be very serious and reliable. i was very happy with this merchant and would shop again and recommend to friends and family for sure. prices are much better than street retailers
