Thanks Ryan...
I felt like a newbie whining like that. But it was the second time in
that 'pc-time' that I had found my entry 'gone missing'...
Thanks for the response!

"A used snake"??? (Reply to this comment)
by Penguinlady
I've heard of used cars, and used shoes, and used refrigerators, and even used clothing, but never before have I heard of a used snake! Interesting idea...

Aw, shucks! ::blushes and runs away::
I think my pal with the venomous death traps is going to have to smarten up the hard way. He's very stubborn and conceited. I remember when he slept in a bed with the Gaboon Viper living in it's headboard! The headboard had a little glass window and the damn snake was literally 2 inches from his damn thick skull.
Frustrating.
I've taken friends of mine to his place who were simply terrified. One in particular described it this way:
"I feel like I've seen something that few living souls have ever looked at. That snake is one of those things that you see right before you die. Like you stumble upon it, look at it and have enough time to think "Oh Shit." before it strikes! I suspect that's the way most people witness a Gaboon Viper and those guys don't live long enough to remember the encounter."
Yeah. That snake is a sight to behold. Pure death. ~Ryan

Sorry Tom!
I'm going to update that list this weekend. But I did refer to Xiphoid's most recent email on the participants list so I thought I had everyone!
Now I'm off to work...

To be honest, I didn't have much time to write this, let alone scope out the other possible reviews to review. I've been a working machine for the past two weeks. But I've always thought Badkitty's snake review was really, really good.
And longer than hell.

Ha, had you not said that, I wouldn't have gotten that excited voice in my head reading it aloud so enthusiastically.
This one works, though.
Actually, I don't plan to get a snake right now, but I feel like I have to read it anyway. Just so in case I do plan to get a snake, I'll know what the heck I'm doing.
Great review review. In this case, that review was so long I kept reading and learned all about owning snakes. It's good to see some of use found long, useful reviews!

it's a good thing I'm fond of you, Ryan, or you'd get a beat down.
