Yes that does sound like a line that could get stuck in the space between my ears - thank goodness I haven't heard the melody or it could be really infectious!!

I once had a horrible case of pneumonia and I was nearly delirious with fever and all I could hear in my head, on a continuous loop was Neither you nor I nor anyone knows, how oats, peas, beans and barley grows from my little son's record album of nursery rhymes. It was evil, I tell you.
Nice bad list.

This is the House that Jack Built
by unknown.
was written & performed by Alan Price
Thanks - never knew that.
I think my copy was performed by the Fisher Price Quartet or the Kindergarten Choir, but must be one of the most addictive cover versions of all time!
Thanks

Hi, yes Natalie has done a few nice songs.
Good to know there are others who share my view on "oops" - didn't see the video. Had plenty of opportunities but was too busy heaving into my beer glass or crying to the ceiling.

Natalie Imbruglia definitely is a deilghtful one! Her music has been so great to have on while writing intense moments in my screenplay (one word -- SMOKE). Nice call on "Oops!", especially with that ridiculous Titanic spectacle going on in the bridge. I wasn't too crazy about the original "It's Raining Men", but I guess I never really truly listened to it before, so...
I barely remember "The House That Jack(off) Built" except that it sounded like a run-on sentence! Always thought the melody of "Humpty Dumpty" was kind of cool though.
Nice, very nice.
