I really didn't get a lot of information through your article. We're looking into a similar service like this at work and this just doesn't help me much.

:) This was a good start but some key things were missing it seemed.
For instance, you mentioned it was daunting to the new user but didn't give any why's or how's. What in your mind was daunting?
Also you mention that for the tech oriented there is full customization. What does that entail?
