I ordered a Steam Press form Heartland via shopping.com. The steam press arrived in obviously used condition. The water bottle that came with the Iron still had water in it. The item was not boxed in its original package. The listing did not state that it was a refurbed unit or that is was used in any way. The item was listed as a new item, never used. One good thing is nobody bothered to read the manual, because that was still in good condition. The top of the press had stains from where another person used it multiple times. The base and legs on the stand were white at some point, but when it arrived they were dingy and yellowish. This item wasn't used once and boxed up. It was used form months and then sent back in. The store website is a pain to navigate and they try to sell you multiple other products without much interaction on the consumers part. There is also a hidden fee that you get stuck with upon purchase. I think it was called a process fee. Not real sure how they justify this. Stay well away from this company altogether. You will be better off paying a little more at another company.
