The website is fairly easy to navigate but beyond that, there are no other reasons to shop at CVS.
I placed an order on 4/23/07 and used the ship to as a PO BOX as the CVS website states "Any valid US address (including P.O. Boxes, with some exceptions)"
I received an email detailing my shipment information a few days later and when I read the email in detail I discovered that my package had been shipped out UPS. I emailed CVS Customer Care asking if UPS ships to PO BOXES, but after a few days received no response. I logged onto my CVS account and also followed up with the same email. However, again, my email went unanswered and I proceeded to call CVS directly on April 30. I spoke with Michelle who at first said it was my responsibility to straighten this out with UPS but upon informing her that I wanted my order to go to my post office box and that the CVS website states that this is an acceptable procedure with some exceptions. CVS should have never sent the package out UPS to a PO Box. Michelle informed me that she would cancel that order with UPS and immediately send out a replacement to my physical address. It seems CVS did not want to pay UPS a few extra dollars to redirect my package to my house and instead just return it to their warehouse, but I was ok with that if an immediate shipment was going to go out.
However, after waiting yet again a few more days and no responses via email about my package being shipped I again phoned into CVS and spoke with Sherry Ngob who at first was utterly non responsive to the issue. I had to explain this information over to Sherry a few times before she could grasp what was going on. She informed me that the order has not been shipped and would be shipped regular ground, bring this process towards a two week mark. I asked Sherry if she could expedite the order and ship overnight or 2day as it was not my fault that CVS messed up my order and proceeds to drag their feet in bringing a solution even though they are quick to bill your credit card. I was informed that there was no supervisors or anyone else that could assist me, and that my order would just go out ground when it finished processing and thats all she could do. I proceeded to ask her to cancel the order which she did after some reluctance. I was informed I could expect my money back sometime within a month.
It was a great thing that this was not a prescription item because I'd be dead before I'd see my order.
