Never again... I had two terrible experiences with Biz Chair, and I've learned my lesson. Our first order was for 100 stack chairs for our organization for a very important sporting event. I was told that the chairs would arrive before the tournament and that I had nothing to worry about, so I placed the order. After a few days, they called and told me that they were out of stock! Had I known that, I could have ordered from somewhere else and had chairs for the tournament. I was so upset with their lack of professionalism and their immoral business practices. We do a lot of business with many different companies and it always upsets me when people lie, just to make a buck.
So, I though I would give them the benefit of the doubt and placed another order for 400 chairs. Once again, I told them that I needed the chairs before a certain day because we had an important concert coming up. The sales lady apologized for the first mishap and assured me that they would come in on time. I even joked with her that I would lose my job if the order didn't come in by the concert date. She said it would ship out the next day. Just in case, I kept calling, and I was told it was en route. Just today, when I called, they told me that it didn't even ship out until YESTERDAY! 3 whole days later! That just floored me. I was pretty upset. The event was on Sunday and the shipment was coming in on Monday! I called the company again and expressed my frustration, but once again, they didn't care. They said there was nothing they could do apathetic. Their lies and illegal business practices really may cost me my job... Ultimately, I received the blame for it and they did not have any concern; as long as they got their money, they were happy.
Yes, prices are cheap and delivery on big orders are free. But you get what you pay for. Bad service, broken promises... The chairs themselves were OK, but nothing great. All made in China; pieces would break off when we unwrapped the packaging, but just typical stuff.
