Pros: Great expansion. Built in audio for cheap people like me.
Cons: Sound Blaster Live doesnt work in widows 2000.
The Bottom Line: If I was buying another slot-1 Pentium 3 I would get it. If not DON'T. AMD

Hi, I have had this motherboard for almost a year now. It is a very reliable motherboard for people who want the Pentium 3 1GHz. I am only running a Pentium 3 500MHz but it is plenty fast until christmas comes along. (AMD BABY) My recommendation is to honestly go with AMD just becasue they are a lot cheaper and actually outperforms the Pentium 4 in some tests. But lets get talking about the motherboard. It has 5 PCI slots, 1 ISA slot, a modem/audio riser, and a 4X agp slot. Plenty of expansion on this board. Enough to fit everything that you want to put in it. It also has built in audio. It isn't that great but when you are on a budget like I was it pays off. Until I bought a Sound Blaster LIVE.
When I would play games it would suddenly freeze. I later found out that it was conflicting with the Via chipset drivers so i went to the site and immediatly downlaoded them and it worked fine. Then I installed Windows 2000 and my problems came back. I installed the latest drivers and it still didn't fix the problem. Oh well I said so I uninstalled everything and installed my integrated sound card and everything worked fine again. I'm not trying to scare anybody. I'm just trying to for warn you before you buy this. Overall I can't complain because other than that I have had no other problems. If I was getting a slot-1 Pentium 3 again I would definetly get this motherboard but other than that go get another processor and motherboard.
