Kitchen and Home does business as ikitchen.com. I ordered a mixer in February, as their site showed it as in stock. In 2 weeks, the wrong product was delivered. I shipped it back to them, requesting the correct product be sent. A month went by, but the product hadn't arrived. When I called, the customer service rep was not helpful. I was told it would be back in stock in 2 weeks. 2 weeks later I called again, as the product hadn't arrived. I got the same answer. This went on until 12 weeks had passed, and through all this time the product was shown as "in stock" on their web site. I finally gave up and ordered the product from somewhere else, and it arrived in 4 days.
Avoid this retailer. "In stock" doesn't mean anything. Customer service is really customer no-service. Vote with your dollars and go somewhere else.
