Positively the worst customer service I have ever experienced in many years of online purchases. DO NOT believe the shipping times listed on their website. Also, it is nearly impossible to reach anyone via telephone. Delayed shipping, shipping mistakes and terrible customer service, but the product seemed okay, particularly for international travel.
The product I purchased was the Solia Universal Dual Voltage Ceramic Flat Iron. Normally I only use a two inch flat iron; however, I was not able to find a two-inch with dual voltage that produced enough heat. This iron did produce enough heat and it worked sufficiently (although not great) on a recent trip to Ireland. Although it is not a great product, it is the best one I could find for international travel overall. It is now boxed back up and will not be used again until another trip because it does not perform well enough for use at home.
If you need this product for an upcoming trip, I cannot advise you enough to order early, early, early to allow for problems. It seems to be a hit and miss situation with this company, meaning you may have no trouble at all according to some reviews; however, if it turns out to be like mine - be prepared to spend a lot of time and energy trying to receive your product in time.
