Pros: It's so quiet and extracts a lot of juice. Fairly easy to clean.
Cons: The pulp catcher is very loose and just doesn't seem to fit.
The Bottom Line: It's worth the money. This juicer does a great job, it's so quiet and fast and it's really fun coming up with juice combos.

| jc715's Full Review: Jack Lalanne 10091 Power Juicer |
I've only owned one other juicer in my life and that was a disaster in the 80's. I waited a long long time before I found one that fit all my needs--and the Jack Lalanne juicer is it. I love the quiet hum it makes when I turn it on and the smell of fresh oranges in the kitchen in the morning. I also put in fresh frozen cranberries (after they've thawed) and apples and, well any kind of combo you can think of! It's super fast and yes, cleaning is a pain, but any juicer is. I found that filling up my sink (disposal side) with warm soapy water before using the juicer facilitates faster and easier cleaning. After I'm through juicing I take it apart, throw out the pulp and take the other parts and put them in the sink to rinse and soak while I enjoy my juice. Cleaning the strainer is easy if you use your sink spray nozzle and hold it right next to the strainer to get all the pulp out. Writing this (and probably reading it) has taken longer than actually cleaning it! For the money, I think is the best juicer I could own.
