respect for your father is heartwarming. I am thankful that we as a nation have learned that protesting a war doesn't come hand in hand with vilifying those who serve in the Armed Services.
My Dad served as well and I am so very proud of him for it. Our military personnel and their families are national treasures and deserve a great deal of respect. Thanks for a very thoughtful piece!
