Perfumania does NOT price match

On their front page, Perfumania boasts that they will beat any advertised price for cologne. I found a price significantly lower at another store, so I emailed them and asked them to match the price. Well, it turns out that you must first buy the cologne from Perfumania at the original higher price, and then ask for a price match. If they decide to honor the price match, they will then give you store credit for a FUTURE purchase. This is a worthless price match. Learning their system, I decided to order the cologne from the cheaper store and avoid all their hassles.
