I was looking for a replacement for my World phone. 1800mobiles was $75 cheaper than the rest. I spoke to a
knowledgeable and professional sales representative whom was able to tell me the features the phone had. The original phone that I had planned to purchase would not allow me to have web access which is something I really needed to do. The customer service email was answered within 24 hours proving me with the tracking details of the order. My credit card was not charged till the order was shipped and I received more than five emails giving me details including tracking number and estimated time of delivery. Based on my question/answer session with the Sales Rep I was
able to make the best selection for what I needed the
phone to do. My phone arrived earlier than scheduled
via free ups. The phone was new, packaged well and
exactly what I needed. I will always use 1800 mobiles
for my phone, battery and accessories needs. I have also recommended that all my family friends and co workers use
this sight. I also noticed that they offer corporate discounts so I sent that information on to my purchasing area.
