Poor customer service. Site misrepresents product.

I ordered mulch kit for my new Toro tractor. The site listed the part as an original Toro part manufactured by Toro with a Toro part number. When the part arrived it was instead a universal kit made by MTD with a different part number. In addition, the price was more than three times what the same kit cost at Home Depot.
I called customer service and they refused to give full refund. They "offered" $15 off which was still more than double the price for the same part at Home Depot. They refused to budge and offered many excuses. Avoid speewaysales.com
