What a catastrophe. Ordered a HDTV in April was called three weeks later to be told it wasn't in stock - but they did charge my credit card on the date I ordered it. Then was upgraded at n/c but told I would receive it at the end of the week. It missed the delivery date, I called and was told my salesperson would be in shortly. I called back and another guy told me he was laid off. Then that salesman told me my TV wasn't in yet and I should get it next week. I called all of their numbers to all their departments on each day at all hours within what they stated only to receive the same recording to call back during business hours. I contacted me credit card company and they will be dealing with them. Can you find this company now for TVs on DealsofAmerica - no. It looks like they switched names. Check BBB in NJ on this company and look at the information then look at the "similar" internet company names. CHECK BBB IN NJ........
