I've ordered many things from them--60" Sony XBRD; 50" same; 5 400 DVD Megachangers, or perhaps more; 2 receivers; 2 stereo amps; all in all quite a good bit of gear and I do not stint myself when I have a geekgasm.
In every case they have been helpful and honest and upright. They know their products. Once a Sony megachanger went bad and the rep apologized saying they could no longer service it owing to Sony's decision; he recalled when I'd bought it, emailed me the receipt, told me the 800 Sony number, and offered to fax the receipt to Sony, all without being asked. Sony ought to have remanufactured that $800 player better, but that's Sony's problem.
Another time a 100Wx2 Onyko power amp went bad a month into its life. I called and after asking enough questions to insure that I had it plugged in, they send me, by fast delivery, another one, new, and when I sent them back the old and broken one, they were happy. They even gave me a two-week window without charging my credit card.
They are not the cheapest--Plasma Warehouse was in one case--but you can rely on them. They're not the most expensive, either. They're worth every penny: You don't have to scream. They're honest. They know their product. And you don't even think of opening a billing dispute with AmEx. Which will, by the way, go to bat for you. Ask Plasma Warehouse.
When you consider the aggravation saved, perhaps Crutchfield is the cheapest.
