My brother--who is not a beer drinker--bought a bottle of the Reaper ale only because he likes the label. I really should try to make it out to Bayhawk one day, since it is only an hour's drive from my house. Distribution throughout So. Calif. is surprisingly poor. Just about the only place I see it for sale is at Beverages & More stores. I enjoyed revisiting this beer through your review!

Cheers!

You don't see many bombers being produced? Hm. I guess the only two big producers in 22-ounce bottles are Stone and Rogue, at least for product that gets sold in a large market. Quite a few Northeast and Northwest breweries have been known to dust off the big bottles, too.
