Updated as of 1/2/2004 Did you know you could be getting your favorite magazines for free. I’m not talking about free for the first six months and then you pay, or one issue free. I’m talking about 1, 2, or 3 year subscriptions for absolutely free. I’ve subscribed to over twenty magazines and haven’t paid a penny out of my pocket or had to try some trial for another product. Magazine companies don’t make the bulk of their profits from consumer subscriptions. They make it from the advertising found in the pages. The more people that receive their magazines, the more they can charge advertising companies to buy space in their pages. So the companies sublet out to sites such as freebizmag.com and Magscentral.com to supply the public with the magazines they want. This generates more readers and creates an awesome win-win situation for all parties involved. Here are some that come around ever few days to few weeks and are possible to get but that I don’t have working links for right now… TV Guide, YM, Jane, Shape, Parents, Child, ESPN, and more There really isn’t a catch to getting these magazines for free. Just sign up and wait. Most arrive within 6 to 8 weeks but some will state they take 10 to 14 weeks. Why bother paying for magazines when you can get them for free. These would also make awesome Christmas gifts. Or, when your done reading them, send them off to nursing homes, or bring them to work to share with others. Be sure they're appropriate though ;) If any links are unavailable when you check them wait a few weeks and check again. They can become active again! These few go quickly as soon as the links become active and “sell out like hot cakes” almost as soon as their posted.
