Because of past shipping problems I sent a pro-active email to the customer service representative who contacted me regarding my order problem last time. Needless to say, the same crap happened again where shipping instructions were ignored by the company. The on-line order form address entry section does not give very good options for billing vs. shipping addresses, and using company credit cards.
