Actually, I am an employee of the company in question - jeff-at-dreamhost-dot-com (munged to thwart spam bots) - and it definitely wasn't written by us.
For one thing, we think we're perfectly fine for businesses. We provide more space since the review was written, so that's definitely not a sticking point any more. :)
For another thing, it's a poor marketing maneuver to go through review sites and write fake messages. For one thing it could backfire and your company gets a bad reputation, and for another it's terribly inefficient. Traditional advertising and 'word of mouth' from genuinely happy customers takes far less time than astro-turfing rating sites would.
Either way, we do greatly appreciate the good reviews we do receive. It's a real morale booster!
