The only good experience was when I contacted management and notified the Better Business Bureau! I will shop at the Boaters World Stores which are not the same as the offshore ripoff! They speak lousey English and have no understanding of United states Retail businees ehics or service! Their management team was exceptional with the return of all purchased items that were not as described in their adds or compatible as also described and having my accounts credited accordingly!
