I have had the same experience as everyone else on this site.
The only piece of advice I have read on what to do is to file a complaint with the New York Attorney General (since the operate out of NY):

I ordered a subscription in August 2006 and I followed up a few months later after I failed to receive it. I received the same email from Meagan that told me it had been delayed, but resubmitted. I followed up a few months after that and was again told the same thing. When I emailed again a few weeks ago, they said that they were installing a new online customer service system and would respond to me "shortly". When I went online a few days ago I saw their new complaint filing system and I filed a claim. I am not holding my breath! There is a new email listed on the most recent response from them, posted below:
The customer service team has received your email and a new ticket has been created. Your ticket ID is UWY-21130-158.
Please make sure this ID number is in the subject line of all your
emails to us.

I have emailed you SEVERAL times for an order submitted in AUGUST and
never received. I want to CANCEL the order. When I go to
your online system, it does NOT GIVE ME AN OPTION TO CANCEL. I am
extremely dissatisfied and would like this issue addressed immediately.
