Hi!
I am the general manager of Music123, and we regret the delay in filling this order.
We are a group of musicians, much like our customers, and we try very hard to satisfy every customer. We offer items on our site that we do not have in stock, so that our customers will know what is available for them to order.
The arrival date posted on our orders comes from the manufacturer, when the order is placed. It is as frustrating for us when these dates are pushed back as it is for the person waiting.
In this instance, we delivered as soon as Ibanez sent us the instrument. Up until that time, a cancellation and refund were available options. We would not force anyone to wait for a guitar. We also offer a 30 day period for returns, so nobody will be stuck with a guitar that they don't like.

. . when I ordered a guitar from Music123. This customer service guy (Walter I later found out) made me feel like he was doing me a favor when I bought an item from them. He stated, "This is not a phone line to ask information; it is for placing orders. If You want information on a product call this number . . " Needless to say, I lodged a complaint and the guy still works there. I guess they could care less who works for them. Nice review.
