It is really neat - I look back at my first reviews and I'm like "eek" did I really write that? I guess throughout the years my writing style has firmed up and like you said, back then it was more about complaining about something that didn't work right, then actually reviewing the product. I hope that nowadays my reviews are much more in-depth and useful to everyone.

It's a bit fun watching that number grow--it's also fun to look back and see a small slice of your life. I read my old ones, especially the first few, and remember how mad I was when I wrote them. I started out writing to let other know how bad some services or items were and somewhere along the line I started being a better consumer because of Epinions and I have fewer complaints and more raves! Before Epinions I'd buy by price or on a whim. Now I research something to death before I buy it. The higher my review number the better I am at not wasting money--for me Epinions is a good thing!
Congrats on your accomplishment and I'll meet you here very soon for #200!

Whatever you are doing, it must be working. You have a nearly 8:1 ratio of non-member:member hits. Either that means you are not 'getting out enough' on the site or 'outsiders' are finding your stuff readable and accessible.
I would guess the second.

I just hit 100 my slef the other day.I was proud because only 2 of them got a helpful the rest were VH so I had to go back and update those two helpful ones lol.We have all come a long way congrats and keep up the great work.
