I am a first time mother and relatively new to the whole online shipping arena. Therefore, I conducted a lot of research prior to making a purchase. I first researched the products I planned on purchasing, as well as, the company I thought would make my online transaction a favorable one. I am decorating my nursery and found it very difficult to find exactly what I envisioned for my first baby's nursery. I found most sites to have a limited collection until a friend mentioned that I should check out Babyage.com. I had not heard of the company until she had recommended them. I found the selection of bedding of their site to be vast. They had lots of unique collections that I could not find elsewhere and the collection I had found elsewhere was considerably more expensive. I decide to purchase the Ruffles bedding collection because it is just gorgeous. What impressed me the most about Babyage.com was the collection was on sale from 2 times less regular price and it was an 8 piece collection! Plus, the receive free shipping on my order because it was over $50. The item was in stock and shipped right away. My shipment tracker was sent the same day I ordered. UPS was slow with delivery and when I called Babyage for follow-up on my shipment, i found customer service to be courteous and helpful. I plan to use Babyage again as I have much more to purchase. I am very thankful my friend recommended them to me and it turned out to be a positive overall online experience.
