Zappos.com is the best source for shoes!

I cannot say enough good things about Zappos.com. I love everything about them. They have a great selection, great search engine, fabulous free shipping deal, and amazing customer service. I once mistakenly ordered the wrong size shoe, and I called them up to tell them I'd made a mistake and needed to change the size. The customer service rep said (in the days before free overnight shipping) "We're so sorry you've been inconvenienced. We'll upgrade you to overnight shipping." I couldn't believe that I got upgraded for *my* mistake.
Their shipping is incredible. Today (Tuesday), I ordered a pair of replacement sandals for a pair that my puppy destroyed, and I put the order in at about 2pm PST. I figured I'd see my sandals on Thursday. Nope! They shipped today, and I'll have them by tomorrow. They ship either FedEx or UPS, which I love, because the USPS in my area SUCKS (apparently delivering packages to my doorstep is not in the postal worker's job description).
Zappos is soooo much better than other online shoes stores I've ordered from; one of these stores made me return my shoes to the manufacturer---lame! If I order shoes online, I only go with Zappos.
