At the time of my review there were no shopping.com reviews since October 2006!
Very poor customer service. Extraordinarily difficult to correspond with a company representative via the phone or e-mail (which the company appears to prefer---although they sporadically respond). Toll free number has a voice-mail. State area code number frequently has a filled voice mail box. Delivery of products slow with numerous order inaccuracies. Response to merchant verifiable errors slow or non existent. Low price match claim very misleading...you will be hassled even if you identify websites with verifiable lower price than the merchant. I was never sent tracking information regarding my order, and never forwarded the information despite multiple requests. I would avoid purchasing from this merchant..you can get items at or below their advertised price on-line if you take a little effort and search. If you are seeking a merchant with low prices (not necessarily the lowest) this is the site for you. I previewed multiple reviews of this site before purchasing...my experience was very very different from the positive ones they publish on their website. They offer free shipping if your order is at least fifteen hundred dollars...however if you later find a product at a lower price and your purchase amount falls below fifteen hundred they will attempt to hit you with shipping charges...you will be denied the opportunity to purchase a gift certificate to satisfy the difference. Did not find the representatives to be entirely honest.
