Very poor customer service and impossible to reach for problems with merchandise.

I started shopping with HSN many years ago and thought they were customer friendly, until I returned some shoddy merchandise and did not receive an order. HSN plays the blame game...blaming the customer and being unavailable or unreachable whenever there is a problem. My last experience with them involved a 14K jade ring which I never received, despite calls and pleas for copies of signatures for the package..nothing! They insisted I received the ring and that I had returned other items and could not order from them for a specified period of time.
HSN is not the place to shop!!! Unless of course you want to experience "Shopper's Hell"!
Very Unhappy with HSN!
