I heard about Sarahlovesadam's W/O a few days ago but at first I wasn't too keen on doing it. But after reading a few of the entries, and seeing everyone else put themselves out there, I thought, why not? So here it goes! Thanks again to our hostess, Sarahlovesadam. ---- -Birth date: March 10 -Height: 5'9 -Eye color: Hazel -Hair color: My natural color is very dark brown, almost black, but I currently have my hair colored an auburn color. -What does your name mean: My EP ID "pilarzmom" refers to my late kitty Pilar. Pilar is a Spanish name which literally translates to pillar, but figuratively means "strength". -High school graduation year: 1980 -Favorite relatives: My aunt Alice. She's the sweetest woman on the face of the earth and makes the best pies to boot. -Summer memory: The two summers I spent in Latin America: one in Costa Rica and the other in Ecuador and Peru. -Favorite TV shows: Survivor, CSI, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno -What's on your mousepad: nothing, it's an ugly black one that my husband picked brought home from work. -In the car - AC. -Do you believe in yourself: What sort of question is that? -Favorite game: Backgammon (board) and Mahjong (computer) -Favorite drink: Diet Vanilla Coke; Mixed Drink: Tanqueray Gin & Tonic; Wine: Geyser Peak Gewurztraminer. -Favorite food: pizza and ice cream. Oh, I couldn't even answer this one. I had major problems putting my late kitty to sleep and eventually she died on her own. -Are you a righty, lefty, or ambidextrous: righty -Do you type with your fingers on the right keys: Oh, definitely, although I only got a C in typing in high school. -When you meet a person of the opposite sex, you notice their: teeth! -What's under your bed: exercise equipment no longer in use. -What's the best number in the World: Million, the amount of money I want to be worth. he, he -What is your dream car: Acura MDX -Who is your biggest crush right now: Kevin Eubanks of the Tonight Show. -Nickname: none that I would tell you. -School: I graduated years ago from Lincoln High in Portland, Oregon and am also a graduate of Oregon State. -Bacon Bits Or croutons: croutons. -Favorite Salad Dressing: Olive oil and balsamic vinegar. -Do you Drink: yes, mostly wine. -What type of Shampoo/Conditioner: Right now I'm using a bottle of Redken Soft that my hair stylist gave me for Christmas but usually whatever is a good deal at Costco. -Have you ever been skinny dipping: Almost. I was in British Columbia with my boyfriend, now husband, and he was trying to get me to skinny dip in this hot spring on a remote corner of Vancouver Island. Well, a shriveled up old man showed up and that ended that! -Do you make fun of people: I wouldn't tell if I did! -Have you ever been convicted of a crime: luckily, no. -One pillow or two: one, if I'm lucky and my husband doesn't steal it. -Pets: An old black furry cat that pukes a lot but I still love him. -Favorite Movies: Basic Instinct, Fatal Attraction, Romancing the Stone -Favorite type of music: New age like Enya. I'm constantly moving and I need something to help me relax. -Hobbies: I don't have time for hobbies really. Maybe Epinions? -Word or Phrase you overuse: Whatever -Toothpaste: Crest Whitening with Scope -Piercing or tattoos: triple pierced in one ear and double in the other but now I only wear one earring in each. -Do you get along with your parents: my parents have passed away, but yes, I did. -Favorite beer: I'm loyal to Oregon beers since I grew up there -- Full Sail Pale Ale or Henry Weinhard Pale Ale. -Favorite song at the moment: White Flag by Dido. -Most humiliating moment: I'm too old to remember back to high school when I'm sure I had a few. -Favorite Holiday: Christmas--I love it now for the joy it brings my children.
