Pros: Speakerphone, two-way radio, e-connections (text pages, web capable, etc).
Cons: Short battery life when used often, conversation delays, connection drops, RF interference with other electronics.

Is most likely due to the kind of digital service Nextel uses.. GSM is the least used digital service in the country, and thus, the least built out (Sprint's 1900Mhz PCS is not much better)

If I were you, I would get a reliable wireless service and a separate 2-way radio, the unreliability is not worth it to me, especially if we are dealing with a business.. Check out either Verizon or Alltel's digital service if you want more reliability.
