I have been using BMG music service for several years. I started long before they had a web site.
The addition of the web site has made this a much better, customer friendly place to purchase your music.
Since the web site there is no longer a need to 1)send back unwanted CD's and 2)waste stamps sending the monthly selection card back.
Now you can do it all on the net!
There are always great deals on CD's and even cheaper Cassetts.
Many of my selections were free except for shipping which is still a lot less then going to Wal Mart or the Navy Exchange in my case.
You still get the monthly magazine to look at and you can make your selections from there and just add the number on the web site to order.
You also get music points that you can use to purchase CD's and cassetts.
The other merchandise they sell are sometimes a good deal and you get music points for them too, but the prices are higher then some other web sites.
Customer service has been very good to me. I got a couple of broken CD's cases and they replaced them at no cost. Even sent me an extra one.
I have been very happy with this service and will continue using it for my music needs.
