I first got started with buy.com a couple of years ago when they had the best web price on a monitor I wanted. At that time they had a good in stock inventory on most items and prices were always good if not the best. Now it seems more and more items are on back order / out of stock and prices are creeping up. It's best to know the details before you visit their site since product details are slim.
DVD movie prices are very poor a big blow after they bought out reel.com I can now get better DVD prices at the local Best Buy and more in stock titles at amazon.com. The search tools on their site need some work once I locate an item I'm thinking about I make sure to bookmark it or it may take me 10-15 minutes to locate it again when I return to their site.
