| Donnie013's Full Review: All Small & MIghty Detergent Stainlifter |
For those who dont fish, you might think its a fairly clean sport. For those who do, we know otherwise.
Fishing can be as dirty as playing football only rather than dealing with mud, we deal with sea grass, fish scales, fish slime and guts. Believe me, fishing isnt a clean sport.
Yet those of us who fish, enjoy every bit of the dirt and grime that goes along with catching that big fish. What we dont like are the stains that often refuse to come out of our clothes in the laundry.
Thanks to the Unilever company, I dont have to worry about stains any longer.
The little bottle of ALL small and mighty detergent stainlifter works wonders on whatever stains fishing can produce. After washing my Columbia fishing shirt, I noticed that all the stains from the fish blood - including the dried blood from wiping my finger after puncturing it with a hook - were gone! Completely.
I didnt pre-treat the clothes, just tossed them in the washer with cold water and the All small and mighty. I was surely surprised.
This little bottle holds 32 fluid ounces - enough for about 32 loads of wash. Yes, thats right; you use about one ounce per load! How about that for saving money?
According to the label, its concentrated 3 times for extra power. The label says along with the cleaning agents, the liquid contains a buffering agent, stabilizer, perfume, colorant and a brightening agent. And yes, there is NO phosphorus mixed in so its safe for the environment.
Usually, when I do laundry, as the water begins to fill the machine, I pour in the detergent and allow it to mix with the water a bit before adding the clothes. I might be wrong but I feel it mixes and covers the clothes more evenly than if I poured it directly on the clothes as the machine fills with water.
All I know is that this stuff works!
Naturally, there are a few precautions. After all, this is a chemical. You should keep it out of reach of children and pets. Should it splash in your eyes, flush with cool water and if swallowed, drink a full glass of water and call a physician.
I was so impressed with this ALL small & mighty stainlifter that I began using it on my other clothes. Again, I was surprised at how clean everything came. Nothing faded either. All the grass stains from Richs pants (from doing the yard work) were gone. The spaghetti sauce I splashed on my blouse while cooking vanished.
The think what surprised me was how well it cleaned when you use so little. I encouraged my mom to get herself a bottle and try it since lifting those otherwise heavy bottles is awkward. Now shes a believer.
Funny thing is the price. Its about $7.00 for this small bottle - which under normal circumstances would seem outrageous. But, taking into consideration that you use so little of this stuff in each load of laundry, it actually balances itself out.
I just honestly think its worth a try. If youre like me and enjoy wearing clean clothes - even when starting your fishing trip, youll enjoy using ALL small and mighty detergent stainlifter.
