Order delivery misrepresented - customer service no help

I ordered from Spring Hill two weeks ago. I have yet to receive any of my order.
A call to customer service today informed me that three of my items are fall shippers. This was not listed on the web site, in the catalog, nor was it told to me on the phone. While I do understand spring and fall shipping, this is a butterfly bush which is required to be planted in the spring. When I explained this to customer service, he agreed that this is stated a spring planter. His only suggestion, since I live in the North, keep it in a pot and plant it next spring! You must be joking. This is not service, this is not remotely close to customer service!
So far, not having received anything yet, I am not impressed. I think that it is misleading to take an order and then offer no information on delivery. Even what is shipping is scheduled out another 3 weeks - at best. If I had known that the plants I ordered were not shipping for 6 weeks, I would not have placed my order.
