have book the hotel reservation through Rates to go/hotel club website. They charged deposit money as soon as booked in internet.
I have called hotel to check my reservation, they said it is only one room booked . I have booked for one room.
Then i have called their office numbers , they work only 9am to 5pm EST in USA. If you are in emergency, you have to call their austrialia numbers. that offcie also works 8am to 5pm only.
i have called the USA office number, I was in hold morethan 1 hour but no response.
Finally after 3 or 4 times i got connected to some one. He did something and confirmed 4 rooms .
I have booked for King bed rooms but i got queen size bed only. In Hotel they are saying it is booked as Queen size.
Rates to go website charged me deposit but hotel they said , they didnt have any deposit money. So again they chrged me full money.
Now i am faxing invoice to rates to go office to get deposit. not sure whether i will get the deposit money or not at this moment.
My suggestion, if you booked call the hotel and make sure your room is booked and under the same category.
I never book anything through this site.
Better to avoid booking thru this site.
