I ordered a Powertec Power Rack from BigFitness' online store, but never received any kind of order confirmation. I contacted their 'customer service' to see if there were any issues, and was told that the item was back-ordered for 2-3 weeks.
I was then told they had just sent an email to my account. I gave them my email address and asked if it was the one they had sent the email to; only to be told "I don't know, what ever email you gave us."
Horrible service... I'd recommend saving yourself the time and choosing another store.
