I cannot recommend Peepers.com. After I ordered a pair of Serengeti sunglasses, I expected to receive a confirmation email. I received nothing. I registered my account in order to see my order status. It read "On Order". After 10 days of being "On Order" I sent them an email inquiring when I might expect to receive my purchase. Their website states they will answer email within 24 hours. No response to 2 email inquiries. I originally entered my order on May 20, 2007. I finally received first email notification after 24 days that my order was shipped. Paid extra for 2 day shipping. My expectations were higher since I ordered sunglasses several times from SunglassesGiant. I always received a confirmation email from them and my purchases were always delivered within 3 business days from placement of order without paying additional shipping charges. I opted for Peepers this time as their price was slightly lower. I regret my decision. The few dollars I saved were not worth the wait, frustration and wondering if I will ever receive my purchase and Peepers Customer Service seems uninterested in responding to inquiries.
