the hampton inn was a life saver for me. a few months back i took a little trip to new york city for a weekend. the purpose of my trip was to see the red sox and yankees play at the stadium. it was a saturday and a sunday game, so we needed a cheap place to stay. so we drove all around new jersey, all of the hotels we checked were full or over priced. then we came to the hampton inn.

the price was really good. it costed us about 100 dollars for three people. the bonus was that we also got hbo and lennox lewis was fighting that night. so we all relaxed and watched the fight. the room also had a nice view, you could see much of new jersey out of our window. the air conditioning was also nice in the room. the only real problem we had was that we had to call the desk 2 or 3 times to get an extra cot that we needed.
